Kia Seltos - Welcome Mirror Gesture / Auto folding not working

Hi Team,
I purchased GTX plus in Bangalore, I notice the welcome gesture and mirror auto folding feature not working on the car. The option of “Welcome Gesture is missing from audio console. The Kia service centre is not able to indentify the issue and are in touch with Kia India. Has any one faced this issue? If yes, what could be the issue here.

PS : The mirrors fold when I use the button on door panel
