How to Look Up a 13-Digit VIN

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to look up information on a vehicle with a 13-digit VIN, but most online tools seem designed for the standard 17-digit VINs used today. Does anyone know how to decode or get details on older vehicles with 13-digit VINs? Any specific resources or tips would be greatly appreciated.
